Sure it's the same for females and couples but when you chat to someone it's seems great and then you swap a pic or two and realise that there profile description is all wrong or the pics dont match expectation 
Super sucks

Thats why real life meets are better than online.people can instantly be attracted to someone then chat for real.
Online we all let people know just enough as we need to keep things private untill we get to know people and that includes photos.
Its all a bit of a raffel sometimes you get the top prize sometimes you get dissapointed .

All I can say is that it is a good job that I don't rely on my profile or my pics to gain an interest from someone! All my meets have come from face to face accidental socials  |

Face pic from the get go to establish if the attraction is there  saves time, messaging that then doesn't meet expectations when you see them and cuts out those said awkward moments. |
