I'm torn whenever I read those messages. Part of me worries that these are really desperate people struggling to feed their children, and the other part worries they're struggling to feed their habit. |

I guess you have to bite the bullet and test the waters so to speak, but my guess is, much like the "party" meets advertised in a hotel asking for a "contribution", chances are its more of a business transaction than a genuine swinging meet lol.  |

Agree with OP asking for money for meets is just prostitution, I don't think there's anything wrong with prostitution, but I think this site is the wrong place to tout for business.
On the other hand - if anyone wants to give me their millions...

Well i offered to help a lady on here by meeting her at the shop to top up her electric for "her kids" as i felt sorry for her that she was struggling but she wanted me to bank transfer money when i said no she slagged me off and blocked me  |

I have been to a meet where a contribution was required and had a great time . In this case the couple took the risk that no one would turn up and could potentially have ended up paying for the hotel room themselves .
If a contribution is required people can just ignore the meet and let those who are happy to share costs enjoy. I had a great time and it was money well spent. |

I have to agree.. I'm from Yorkshire and would never give money to someone.. I work very hard for mine .. All it has cost me on here is a glass of wine for a lady on our first meet ..And membership to a club. Apart from that no .. I see people on here all the time saying they're skint usually very attractive young ladies.. It's a scam please don't fall for it . |

Had a woman offer naked cleaning and also an oily massage .......
As biscuits seem to be king on here I offered a pack of chocolate hobnobs or some of them fancy Viscount biscuits.......
Apparently the ‘cost’ is more like a weeks shop in Aldi
I declined the offer .......
Jokes aside women on here that ask for ‘payment’ are merely using this site as a platform to prostitute themselves and should be reported..... |

I think this is what's happening most if not all of the time.
Personally if the person I'm with isn't interested in me then it's just not my thing.

Not sure my initial question has turned into a biscuit forum ?? but just to add my thoughts, double chocolate cookies from Lidl are so lush ??..
But on the question in hand, I think here is totally the wrong place to blatantly ask for money and would never consider paying for a date personally but would have no probs and actually pay for a few drinks or a bite to eat if just meeting up socially..but does that make me a hypocrite ???
