Not if you're a Ginger its not please all remember to keep your ginger well hydrated and in the shade. Stay away from beach's and open spaces with few trees to hide under and never ever leave unattended in a hot car. If you must venture out use factor 500 a cap with a cover for the back of the neck or even better a full protective face visor. Light white cotton shorts or slacks and t shirts preferably with arms. Please all enjoy this lovely bank holiday sat but always remember to keep your ginger safe in this hot weather.
