Genuine advice please

I have looked to report but can't find where? I need to block someone on here who has blocked me

and unblocked! I have had abuse off him but not on here but he has an account on here. What can I do??? Genuine responses please.

Messaged to admin team with their user name and explain the problem. They have helped me out with same problem.

Or if you have any messages off them you can block them that way too. X

click on their profile or message and on the left in the menu tables will be Block User. Use that

If you go on the Web version you can enter their username into the block list yourself. I've had to do this.
