Fab on the phone wifi

Hi!

I've been having issues logging onto Fab outside my own wifi network at home, which means I can't get it whilst I'm out and about - which is usually when I need it most. Any suggestions please?

Probably have the over 18 filter on. Check with your network provider and ask them to switch it off.

There are lots of locations including pubs and hospitals that have blocks in place.the only way then to access the site is to use phone data from your monthly allocation.

Most companies don't expect people to be on adult sites in town which I agree with. Maybe you should look elsewhere

If you are on EE then its likely that your content lock is set high and restricting certain websites. I've had trouble with this in the past and the only way around it is to download a VPN as previously mentioned.

On EE right now, no issues. OP needs to contact their service provider and have all content restrictions lifted.

I had restrictions on my phone, just called them up and said I wanted to use the gambling sites and they lifted the restrictions

My mobile provider has blocked this site, along with porn sites. I check a few gambling sites and they work.

Ironically it's Virgin Mobile have Virgin Media at home which still works.

I checked online and I couldn't find an option to switch it back on. Was trying avoid having to ask someone if I could look at rude things again

Just ask. Customer Service to remove all data content restrictions. That's all you have to ask for, you don't have to explain anything else
