hey all any doctors or gym instructors been running and had a really bad back injury any reasons why this is or anything i can do to prevent would love the help started friday couldnt move propaly for 3 days |

What amount of running have you been doing what surfaces you run on etc.?
have you recently started running or are you a lifer?
It's possible that you may have done too much too soon, have poorly fitted shoes, or have poor technique.
