OP you're in Cardiff which is hardly west Wales. Is it for another place in Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire perhaps? I know a good book in Llanelli who is reasonable too.

On the assumption that you have a West Wales bolt hole I would recommend asking in the nearest pub to the location and having owned property in the Pembrokeshire area please believe it does work.
