When I used to ask where my mam was I would be told she had run off with a black man.
Ain't is not a word (I say that now though ugh)

I remember when I used to ask my dad where mum had gone and his response would be "she's ran away with the man on the moon".
Rarely hear that saying these days though a few still rarely use it! |
