What 3 courses would you cook for 3 random people to win the £1000.

Pesto and mozzarella bruschetta with mushrooms wrapped in parma ham.

Spanish chicken with chorizo potatoes and steamed vegatables.

Homemade fresh cream strawberry trifle.

Oooo I've often pondered this...

Chicken liver parfait, onion chutney & toasts.

Fillet of welsh black beef, dauphinoise, green beans and balsamic tomatoes.

I'd cheat pudding and buy it from a local Restaurant. Raspberry Mille Feuille with pouring cream.

And a cheese board, with fruit and crackers.

Coffee & spirits to finish.

Sooo Miss M, wines for your dinner: what about a sauterne for your parfait, in a perfect world Chateau Suideraut; a thumping claret for the Welsh beef - Chateau Talbot - knock the rest of the sauterne back with the dessert, but Banyuls for the cheese - lighter than port but perfect with savoury cheese.

Grand marnier as your after dinner liqueur or a B & B.
