What 3 courses would you cook for 3 random people to win the £1000.
Pesto and mozzarella bruschetta with mushrooms wrapped in parma ham.
Spanish chicken with chorizo potatoes and steamed vegatables.
Homemade fresh cream strawberry trifle. |

Oooo I've often pondered this...
Chicken liver parfait, onion chutney & toasts.
Fillet of welsh black beef, dauphinoise, green beans and balsamic tomatoes.
I'd cheat pudding and buy it from a local Restaurant. Raspberry Mille Feuille with pouring cream.
And a cheese board, with fruit and crackers.
Coffee & spirits to finish. |

Whitebait with tartre sauce, which takes time to eat and is great to chat over, then
Asparagus wrapped in ham with a cheese sauce and baby potatoes showered with thinly sliced leek, then
...the third course should always be in the bedroom, served with good wine-essential! |

Sooo Miss M, wines for your dinner: what about a sauterne for your parfait, in a perfect world Chateau Suideraut; a thumping claret for the Welsh beef - Chateau Talbot - knock the rest of the sauterne back with the dessert, but Banyuls for the cheese - lighter than port but perfect with savoury cheese.
Grand marnier as your after dinner liqueur or a B & B. |
