Random topic, but thought it may be worth a shot putting this up in here.

I'm currently looking for a property/room to rent somewhere in the Bridgend/Pencoed area.

I'm already going down all the usual routes, estate agents etc. But, speed is key for me right now due to starting a new job in the area.

Just thought I'd put the feelers out on here.
