A continuation of the last thread as it got too big.....
This will be held on:-
FRIDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER 2017
8PM-11Pm
It is held in a private function room in the Newport area and is £1.50 entry to cover the cost of the room.
There is also a raffle.
As long as you are not married or living together then you are welcome.
Same rules apply as any other social there is NO PLAYING ALLOWED.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE VERIFIED TO ATTEND THIS SOCIAL
Any questions feel free to message us.
We also try to combine this with chams after.
However ENTRY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

This is cheeky, but cause I'm a wimp and hate walking in to a full room by myself, will there be people outside I could pre-meet?!

I have a plan for this night already. Park outside chams, then if the night takes us there I won't have to wait to get home, cause my car will be there. Plus I'm hoping my legs will be in no fit state for walking after chams. Going to a singles social is so much better for me, we all know we are partnerless and no one gets put out by just going up to people and chatting. But I could see a down side, what if no one talks with me. Hahaha. Ta for organising this.. |

I have been to Chams in Newport twice now and both times had a great welcome from all of you lovely members there, some of whom have contributed to this thread. I go occasionally for a change from Darlaston, and make a weekend in Wales as a very pleasant break.
This social is a great idea as singles do like to meet socially (and maybe more!) Too often it's difficult at a club to know who is with someone, and who is not. This makes it easier. Next time I plan a visit, and it coincides with your next social, I hope you will allow me to join in. Glad it went well again. |
