We have a location if enough genuine people want to come! The information is as follows.
We obviously will not be giving out exact location until closer to the date. All we can say is the nearest town is Bridgend.
The cost per person is £30 for the 3 night stay. Please note if you only stay two nights for example,the price is still £30.
This is rural outdoor camping! There are showers and toilet block. But it's very much woodland area. There are no room for caravans or campers . Unless they are the small day van types.All are welcome . Couples, single fem, single men. The more the merrier as if we don't get enough numbers then this can't go ahead.In order for you to be able to attend you will require at least 3 meet in person verifications. This is to ensure genuine people are attending. If you are interested please mail us for dates.

P.s please don't ask for location or dates on here as these forums are open to the public. For obvious reasons we need to be as discreet as possible.

We have a camper too. The problem is u have to go down dirt tracks to get to it. It's literally a woods with trees everywhere lol. Our camper is old. But wouldn't want the risk of people scratching their motor homes or getting stuck. We may have to take our tent ourselfs. But we are going down over the next couple of days for a good look. And if we think its doable we will get back to you xx |

Well just been to see the venue with VILLAGECPL and it's the bomb!! You are all going to love it,, it's in the middle of nowhere! ! Awesome fire pits, amazing log cabin that is massive, toilet, shower block it's all there, and with us lot it's going to be the best!!! Make sure this goes ahead!! We need a at least 50 DEFO to make it happen! |

*********** UPDATE ************
Evening all ok so here is where we stand. Based on the messages of interest we have had off couples and singles we would have 72 heads! We need 50 for it to go ahead. Plz don't get too excited as these are just people enquiring about dates etc . Although some are adamant they are coming. So what we now need is for you guys to message us with a definitive answer! All messages with a YES will receive a reply and your names added for payment info list.we have a list here of all the people who have showed interest and if we don't hear from you with a yes or no by Sunday afternoon then we will contact you. As we need to know where we stand. Done a site visit today and have to say it's an absolutely perfect setting for what we want. Just to clarify before you confirm. payment will need to be made to us no later than Friday Aug 18th or we will lose our preliminary booking. I can understand it's not a great deal of time but this was a bit last minute.
PRICES £30 per person.
We can stay the 3 nights. But understand some will only be able to stay 2 nights etc. The price will still be £30 per person sorry.
Hubby and I are working hard here and doing our very best to get this trip off the ground. PLEASE DON'T MESSAGE YES UNLESS YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU CAN MAKE IT. The last thing we need is last minute mind changes and then having to refund people due to sudden numbers dropping.please also message if it's a no. Much appreciated.
