Here we go again 
The next Cardiff social will be on Wednesday 4th October in a city centre venue, from 730pm onwards. 
I'm going to try and sort out a function room for us this time, and I'll be an opportunity to go on to other venues afterwards 
This is a very much informal social, open to single guys, ladies and couples.
You don't need to be verified, but I do expect you to have been on the site for more than 48 hours 
As this is a social held in a public venue, a of the usual social niceties will be expected.
If you wish to attend, then you MUST message me on either the Tuesday or Wednesday of that week, to receive the venue details, as this will ensure that you are more likely to be able to attend
Numbers ARE going to be limited to about 40 people, and I'm going to try and make sure there is an even balance of people.
Attendance is at my discretion.
Please feel free to post your interest in the meantime, and ask any questions you may have.

I've been speaking with a pub in the centre of town (just seven minutes from Cardiff Central, according to Google) that has rooms that we can hire
Because of some costs that need to be covered, I would have to ask each person for a cover of £1.50
Would you be OK with that?  |

Would it be a good idea to set up a paypal account, or something like that, to collect the money?
It wouldn't be nice or fair if you had to pay the venue and the no-shows will mess it all up.

Nice idea, but I've problems with PayPal
I'm sure it'll be fine
One of the reasons I'm asking people to get in touch the Tuesday or Wednesday is that they're more likely to be certain of their plans, than if they were up to 8 weeks in advance |

Just to reiterate, there is currently no list but you're free to express an interest
To attend you must message me on the Tuesday or Wednesday of the week of the social
Going on previous experience there'll be room for about 15 single guys, 15 couples and the same for single ladies.
So, lads, get your names in early on those days |

I would prefer it if anyone who attends is on fab and photo verified, though you don't actually have to have verifications |

Keeping an eye on this thread and the opening of the list on 3rd
Enjoyed the last one (our first) and the fact there was a good mix of couples/singles which LJH managed really well
What with Cardiff on 4th and Newport on 7th it should be a good week to meet some new folk as well as good friends after a quiet (fab wise) Summer
