I think some men are intimidated by women who have a liberal, open attitude to sex.
In the past it was always pretty much acceptable for men to indulge in casual sex with whoever they saw fit but if women did the same they were often tarred with all sorts of names etc
Fortunately, attitudes are slowly changing but a lot of men unfortunately still like to try and put women down with the boring old slag, whore etc insults, especially if they have hurt their fragile little egos |

It is surprising how deeply engrained misogynistic attitudes are with men but I hope it's an ignorant minority rather than the norm. Not that's it's any excuse but I do think porn has a lot to answer for! |
