Whilst it's not something I'd do personally, everyone is old enough to make their own decisions.

I've seen this type of fhread pop up around 3 or 4 times now, if it's not your thing or you're worried about health implications don't go to the meet

Posts like this will only damage your own reputation and probably come across as you judging / shaming people's choices , even if that's not what you intended

Im just interested in the thought process behind it. Like the idea is a turn on but I couldn't abandon the implication of risk involved.

Surely allowing people the freedom to state their preference in a way that doesn't provoke judgement is safer for all of us, I've no doubt those why choose to play bb are all too aware of the risks, but if we can identify them we can choose not to join them. Agree with you mate, each to their own but not for me. Not everyone gets tested regularly or is honest about their health. I'm not judging anyone who takes part but would only be involved in safe play as I value my health.

Exactly this. There is one profile in particular who I think the op maybe referring to which has had countless verifications on numerous profiles. It's her life to do as she wishes but on checking her verifications some guys she's returned verifications to they have not shown them. This then leads for their next partners not being able to make an informed decisions whether to play or not.

The only ones that really bother me but again it's their decision however reckless is the married/taken guys and gals playing bare without partners consent taking God knows what back.

Every person is a potential liar.

We always play safe but there are risks with oral. At least the people who are up front about liking bb leave you with no doubt and thank you for your honesty we say.

What's so difficult about developing your own risk assessment processes? None of this is totally safe but we can each make choices & play according to the level of risk we perceive. The more information there is out there to inform that decision making, the better. I'd put more effort into your own business & leave others to deal with their own, in what world would club's take a stance on bareback or not, it's not an illegal practice it's personal choice & has to be respected as such. I've been to club's, parties, etc & I've seen all the bareback stuff that goes on, I see that as added information to aid my own/our decision making X

I think it is initially amusing to read the posts of the outlandishly superior, who dictate their own opinion to others yet have no understanding of their intellectual inadequacy.

Let's face it, condoms are shit. I know a few people manage to fetishise them and get a kick out of them that way, but ultimately they detract from sex rather than add to it.

They kill spontaneity. Want to go from frottage to penetration? Sorry, got to make a quick pit stop while I change a tyre. Then half the time, they decide to snag and stop unrolling half way down, and you have to either risk tearing them or start all over again. They're erection killers as well as mood killers for a lot of guys. And ultimately, they mean the guy is fucking a piece of rubber and the piece of rubber is fucking you.

Sex is definitely so much hotter and more natural without them.

The flip side of that is that, for me, no amount of sexual pleasure can warrant taking a high risk of contracting something that I have to live with, day in, day out, for the rest of my life. Still having to pop those pills, even on days when I'm ill and not the least bit horny. Being treated as a sexual leper, even if the medication had it under control and I'm non-infectious.

I suspect the real thing with barebackers is that they don't think that far ahead. They get lost in the horny moment and worry about the risks they took later. Plenty that don't care about HIV when they're fucking, suddenly care a whole lot when that positive diagnosis comes in.

His very judgementally barbed hook, he has no ability to write a post without insulting someone or a group, that isn't clever or intelligent, it is childish & aimed only at stirring up the forum & yes people bite & it's fun for those like you; but whilst he's doing it he's very much drawing in a whole group of others with his sweeping statements. We give a fuck because judgementalism is strangely fascinating. Without wanting to engage or wanting to join in, it's just hard to resist the allure. Its like walking past a chess game and seeing the perfect move that would check mate one of the players. Its not your game, you don't know the people playing, but somehow you have to tell the person who could win in one move. We have to put our tuppence worth in, even though it won't be welcome.

I find him hilarious but on the basis that I think he genuinely believes he is cut from a different cloth and doesn't just say it to provoke people. It is quite easy to tell the difference

I am being rounded upon because I merely pointed out the bleedin' obvious.That being,,there has to be people who frequently practise bareback who attend the clubs and don't disclose this practice to partners or potential partners on a one night stand situation.This is my point.
