Hi can anyone help me out to understand why when you send a message being polite 90% of them gets deleted without even being read. I understand the ratio men to women is massive but I can't understand why they do it. Thanks guys. |

Would you have time to open several 100 messages a day? For some reason not all women use message filters so they're left with far too many messages to manage. The fab rules are clear mind, a lack of response should be considered a no, so likewise you need to accept a deleted message as a very clear no X |

Same as Peachy really....it would be a waste of both parties time engaging in conversation with someone who didn't interest me
I always used to reply no thanks to all half decent messages but they would often then result in the other party wanting an explanation etc etc and it just gets a bit silly really
So now I just reply to who interests me and delete who doesn't. Saves giving any false impressions or wasting anyones time   |

I had a message from a lady the other day, I replied with basically a polite 'thanks but no thanks' and was immediately blocked.
So basically that was her showing she wasn't interested in my lack of interest!  |

Oh god this! I know some people's inboxes are a mess and they just bulk delete later, but the urge to follow-up is strong; especially if you don't message often and really like the person. |

Maybe it's me but when messages get deleted or even a rare no thanks. I know exactly what that means and would not dream of trying to engage in a fruitless discussion on the why's...
I always make sure any of my messages are more than one liners and are well written even though I know 99% of them will be deleted.
Take it on the chin, don't agonize over it. Just move on.

Some ladies and couples get hundreds of messages a day so it simply isn't possible for them to reply to everyone. If you don't get a response, you should assume they aren't interested. If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send. Are they giving the right message? Are you standing out from the thousands of other guys on here? " |

Guy I really think you are massively overthinking this
When you message someone.... if they don't reply....whether the message gets deleted or not....just take the hint.
I would advise deleting your sent messages as you send them then you can't get yourselves into such a sweat over it
It's getting a bit silly |

Op nothing personal but we always read guys profiles and verifications before msg back.
So after i read your and the two young ladys you have met.
If i was you take a long hard think why people aren't messaging you back. Plus a trip to the gum clinic would be a good idea. Hubby

I wouldn't call it judgemental, the guy asked for advice and got it, people can chose who they play with, and how, but when it comes down to personal safety others will naturally shy away from those that indulge in the riskier option. |

I totally agree, he can meet whoever he wants, and people can choose to not meet him because of those meets. I'm just pointing that it's the same as the real world. |

Yes but they was only pointing out that his veris clearly show what haappened at his meets, so straight away his messages are going to get deleted, i dont see the issue |

No issue, its just an observation I thought the OP may have overlooked. We all make decisions based on the information we have at hand, in this case its the the information on a profile, much like the real world. |

Yes it is bonkers at times so mass delete is easier x

I regularly delete messages.. Generally they'll start with
"fancy a fuck"
"I'm in your area now"
"let me suck you"
It's a handy option to have..
Just remember, you are under no obligation to reply to a message or explain yourself to them...  |

I was not being judgemental it was my opinion if you read it properly.
Also gave some advice.
1 in 10 people in the uk have an std and in London that increases too 1 in 5 people would you play with your life . |
