Food, Culture & Things to do around the Narberth Area
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hello the lovely people of Wales
As the title says we are staying near Narberth in a few weeks time and would very much appreciate any recommendations or information regarding things to do in and around that area.
Food from fine dining to great pub grub
Culture and arts so any galleries Exhibitions et cetera
Recommendations for any other places worth visiting
Hopefully we may also get round to some fun whilst we are there so if our profile appeals please get in touch.
Thank you in advance for any help and knowledge

The area in total is absolutely beautiful and depending on how far you are prepared to travel from base, you have St David's Cathedral you could incorporate it in a journey over the Preseli Hills and you have probably a hundred mix and max combinations to try |

Narberth is a great place for culinary delights, The Grove country house, Ultracomida delicatessen, Cwm Deri vineyard do wine and cheese tastings, in St. Davids there is the new bug cafe.
To name a few.
Lots of other delis, restaurants and micro breweries in the area.
PM me for more information. |

There's a beautiful restaurant (both location and quality of food) just outside saundersfoot, called Coast, it's not cheap, but it is excellent! It's got connections with The Grove Hotel just outside Narberth which is also offers excellent eating.
Tenby has a good choice of decent eateries too.
Raul Speak is a modern Cuban artist who has a gallery in solva, which you have to pass through to get to st Davids. St davids cathedral is serenely beautiful, and if you're in the city (smallest city in the U.K.) you must try out Gianni's ice cream at The Bench. Fabulous Italian ice cream with over twenty flavours, for a sophisticated palette.
The coastal path around the whole of pembs is stunning, North Pembs offers high cliffs and rugged coastline, where the south is a more undulating dispersed with sandy beaches.
One circular walk around bosherston lily ponds and beyond taking in a beautiful slice of cake and cup of tea, particularly stands out!
Have a great time in the remoteness and beauty of Pembs xx |
