Normally I'd (Mart) say natural, but I did get...erm... introduced to an enhanced pair attached to a very nice lady, and I really couldn't tell they were fake, so I would say that, if they are done well then I don't mind either.  |

Natural. I like the softness 
I used to hate my boobs, but don't mind them anymore. Although they have changed since breast feeding. The pertness has gone to boob heaven!  |

OK. .. implants ...
The fake round stuck on look boobs are a result if very little breast tissue ..a Hugh profile implant ... in front of the muscle ... they are the ones some ppl say look ridiculous
You can get low profile ..tear drop shape with a low cc (size)
When you place implants behind breast tissue ..you cannot see it feel the implant
Mine bounce ...in fact sag quite a bit...when squeezed you can only feel my natural breast ..the implant is way back.... behind all breast tissue etc ....
So to say fake boobs feel or look silly isn't factual .... there are boon jobs that you wouldn't actually know are fake ....
Mine only look fake when I low down as my natural tissue falls to the side like all ladies ad the implant becomes more prominent
When I stand they droop like most ladies  xx |

Its a bit subjective as no two pairs are the same. Generally nice natural full boobs for me, but having said that if a lady wants to have a bit of work done and the work is done well, then enhancements or putting that 'full' effect back can look too.

I like boobs that the "owner" feels are comfortable. After all gigantic boobs are no good if the lady has crippling back pain from them, and if a lady is embarrassed or ashamed of small boobs then that will make her less confident.
Boobs are part of the whole package and what is sexy on one lady may be not so great on another....
I like all shapes and sizes but haven't yet encountered fake on a one to one level but would be happy to experience them if the lady liked them |
