Anyone used these (Tribulus terrestris, maca, etc) and if so what's your experience of them?

Did they work? What was the effect? Side effects? Are you still using them?

Maybe read the warnings. If you're still hard after about 4 hours you're meant to seek medical help as it can cause serious issues.

Either that or, like 90% of guys on here, you're greatly exaggerating.

Believe it or not beetroot has a Beverly similar effect to viagra in that it improves blood flow so if your taking Viagra due to genuine erection issues it'll help
