I wouldn't say brutal
Slightly hostile and quite negative maybe
There are ways of getting across what you do/don't want in a more approachable manner.
But it's your profile so as long as you're happy with it and it's getting you what you want, who gives a fuck??

I wouldn't say brutal to be honest Eve, blunt perhaps.....but at the end of the day, it's your profile and you are honest and to the point of what you are looking for.....I don't see any issue with it certainly |

Maybe if there were a few other humourous parts in there as well it would be easier to see that that is an attempt to lighten the situation xx as one piece in the middle of what reads as (to me) as a very stern list of rules is a little hard to distinguish xx
But that's just my opinion Hun xx as you said it would be boarding if we were all the same xx and I'm sure you would disagree with things in our profile xxx  |

I uuumm'd n aaaaa'd long & hard before commenting; firstly because of your hostile responses to the comments you've invited, if they don't fit your view hostility & secondly because I didn't feel I had anything positive to add, it's a very badly written profile to be fair, but I unfortunately felt the need to challenge your negative view of women as indicated from the profile text, you make several sweeping statements which I found verging on the offensive, I for one am not a lover of BBC, but that's just one of the point. As others have said, you shouldn't post seeking comments if you're not prepared to consider them, it becomes a meaningless exercise & comes across, to me as needy as the profile. Maybe scrap the judgemental script & convey some of you, the person through your profile & you're more likely to attract the kind of guy you're seeking, atm I'm guessing you're only attraction tossers who don't give a shit, because let's face it they're probably the only ones with balls enough to approach you, I'm guessing nice guys would give this a wide berth. |

Ok well best way to answer that question is for YOU to look at your profile and ask "would i want to meet someone whos profile looked or sounded like that?".
But on the flip side dont think just because your being honest, it doesnt mean you get a pass on being an dick about.
I must admit you come off to me anyway, as spoilt and frankly an arsehole by flat out saying "You Must....!" 10 times immediatly followed by "but i will do what i want if i think your beneeth me for whatever purely subjective reason I take a fancy to, even if you do follow the "10 commandments"" and come on...10 commandments, really?
And then in this fourm you ask for opinions and then just dismiss all the ones you dont agree with
So if your going to ask for people opinions
Be ready to hear stuff you dont agree with and be ready to have your veiws challanged

This lovely lady is a friend of mine, and I think that she's been completely taken the wrong way. Granted, she has now changed her profile, but her profile before the rewrite just honestly stated what she wanted from here. Ok, so she invited comment, but some of the comments were unkind and seemingly designed to put her down.
Lets all play nice...Fab is meant to be fun, and about enjoying making friends, and CONSTRUCTIVE advice is always welcome...and God knows, I need more constructive advice than most on here |
