But Im looking to host a gathering for two three or more females to join me at my place.
I know...wildly ambitious of me. But if you dont ask you dont get.
Im a good host...the wine and gin will flow.
If I dont put it out to the universe it'll never happen.

I read on another thread you castigating a chap for seeming to "want to fuck anything" as his criteria was too broad.
You find fault with me because I set standards that I like to maintain.
Fair play miss P your reply actaully made me laugh...i cant help feel that chewy and peachy are being a little bit mean spirited. Especially given the above.

By attaching such labels you run the risk of missing some of the classiest women on the site & what makes that class stand out most, natural modesty so they're unlikely to respond. What happened to healthy debate, party A posts something in an OPEN forum & further parties pass comment, some like what you post, some don't & will express a view, the debate comes in when you can all discuss the comments in a meaningful & adult way. Since when are we required to only post positive comments that agree with the op? I seem to have missed that ruling & tbh that's a boring thread to be in. If I post a thread I do it in the knowledge that people will provide negative & positive comment & that's fine & healthy because I'm an adult with fairly ok self esteem & communication skills X |

Spot on mate. I think (even though I've only been on here a short time) that for me a lot of the time people mistake that word "forum" for "debate room" as this man has been very courteous in all replies (and what woman doesn't want that in a bloke) very respectful but it seems that as I said sometimes people confuse a question (yes or no)..to a debate. I thought he was just asking very politely if any ladies were interested, the answer is simply yes or no thanks. If he asked the question "would any ladies want to comment on my profile ..let me have it" then fair enough......but he didn't.

Yes originally but when one lady was interested and made a comment about class he chose to slate her and then back down. Last weekend I was at a function with over 60 swingers in and I didn't see any class distinction or prejudice at all. We have friends at polar opposites of class and swing with them all equally. The op in my opinion is wrong.

I haven't read the gentleman in questions profile however I would say I would only meet classy people. Not in the form lower, middle and upper class but in the context of someone that looks after themself, dresses well, can hold a conversation and respectfull. Don't see no harm in the original thread post to be honest. |

I'm not entirely convinced making needless negative comments toward someone offering advice is 'keeping a cool head'. That about sums up fab nowadays, a comment is made that doesn't fit with a view & suddenly personal comments are made about people they know nothing about. Where did all the grown ups go?

The sad thing here, is that the op is actually a decent guy.
The "label" thing is quite sad, as an example, if a woman says she's interested in tattooed body builders, that seems to be an acceptable "label".... however the word "classy" isn't acceptable?! Wtf?!
I know a huge amount of women on this site who only meet certain criteria, and they don't get slated for it.

Well at least it's now been admitted that the comments have nothing to do with the thread, it's all about "massaging egos" unfortunately mate some people have no self esteem and they are afraid if they make a nice comment nobody cares...but if they make a bad comment ..well they get they're ego massaged lol, ah well we live in hope!!.
Hope you had some luck through the post it certainly got people's input and attention which either way is in a sense good from an advertising point of view

I prefer profiles who state personality traits rather than looks. It's a personal preference as I'll play with a variety of people for their personality and demeanour, rather than their looks. Each to their own! |
