Guys , I'm relatively new to the site and starting to doubt the validity of some profiles , I've tried to message people whose profile looks genuine but I'm still none the wiser.
Question - are there fake profiles and time wasters on the site , and how can you tell the validity as I'm finding it difficult networking with Ike minded genuine people |

Yup. If you have a nubile, 20yr old bisexual porn starlet show up down the road with killer pics, just begging for cock and looking to arrange gang bangs.... Yeah probably not real 
Run their photos through a reverse image search tool such as tineye to see if they're taken from other sites. If so - report the profile to admin as fake. If they're still around a week or so later then they may be legit but assume the worst if you arrange to meet them or send them face pics.
Being photo verified can give some confidence in the profile but we've encountered fakes that have had the green flag. Meet verifications can be similarly worthless but you can usually tell by tracing them back if they seem suspicious.
