lemon and sugar for me! Loads and loads of lemon!
I also like cheese and ham ones. There's a place in Cyprus that makes massive crepes with all sorts of sweet and savoury fillings. It's used like a kebab shop after a night out! Lol used to head there at 3am for a cheese and ham crepe! My mate would always get a banana, toffee and Nutella one! |

We love them, there is a great crepe van on the harbourside at Burryport during the good weather.
I prefer to make them with self-raising flour, and make them small, fluffy and thick, but delicious....(a bit like Jayne lol!) then cover them in vanilla ice-cream.  |
