FAB vs Other social media platforms

What are people's viewpoints of say FAB vs Facebook or POF for instance??

As a single male on FAB very often you don't even get to see who you are even messaging as face pics are obscured. Also as the ratio difference is MASSIVE women get inundated with the same old meet me now type messages.....

I myself has had some reward for my constant efforts but a lot of the time they are not read and deleted due to the massive numbers.

When in Facebook you actually see pictures of the person you are messaging and can interact easier. On here the majority of time you have a tit or a leg to converse with.

I have to say that on here sometimes once you do see the face pic you probably wouldn't have messaged in the first place. This works both ways of course and is a fact of life. This is why I display my ugly mug so the decision is quick lol.

Just wondering other people's viewpoint on this kind of subject?

Pros and cons etc.

Sensible adult conversation please and no keyboard warriors lol

Facebook - family and vanilla friends.

POF - dating (and sex sometimes).

Fab - Swinging.

Whilst this is an over-simplification, basically this is how we see the different sites.

At least if you differentiate between the three, there is no danger of an overlap lol.

If you are struggling to meet people, go to socials, get your face out there and it will make a big difference.

Facebook = personal life & I never mix this with fab or any other like site, I've seen the shit that can happen.

Pof/AFF/tinder/Badoo & the like I've used in the long distant past for the odd last minute random meet rather than fab friends knowing your business. Although most of you fab guys are on those lol

Fab = social & couple fun & has always been, by far the most productive site for our fun.

I would never mix any of those because they all have there place X

Have you guys been on your Facebook page and a Fabster has appeared in the 'people you may know' section.

Happened to me twice so far lol BUT they are on my FAB friends list?

I don't mix them but I have gotten meets through Facebook x

Facebook is for real life and staying in touch with friends fab is fantasy i would never ever msg random ladys via my facebook for sex or even dating.

I know of lot's of my lady friends who have had harassment from male's via facebook looking for casual sex i personally think it's very disrespectful imho.

As your question / statement has been thoroughly answers in regards to different sites I'd like to add my thought to what you have said about pictures x

We wish we had the bottle to display face pics and we have a lot of respect for those that do,

However it seems (from our view only)

That single males don't get as much stigma as that of couples that show face pics ( again this is just our view and we have no proof to back this up)

It is nice to see face pics but is a double edged sword that's why we never ask unless we know we're going to meet and send one in return x

My number is in no way linked to my fb for this reason, but I still get people from here popping up as friend suggestions, I block them & move on X

Hate it when guys off here try to add me on Facebook and other social media

I just find it rude ..Because you find out my name doesn't make it ok to try to access my personal life where I share pics of my children. .my work etc..wish ppl works stop doing it .......

I have a lot of fab friends in fab on fb they became personal friends who I respect. even had a fb group for swing I do get people looking at my fb page any friend requests are scrutinised. Also my fet friends but at all times never mention or send messages pertaining to other groups I respect others vanilla privacy

Yes I agree with all of the above x

Fab should not be mixed with the likes of Facebook as like stated I have pics of my children etc and family and friends and my business on Fab is not what I want to be shared with them.

I haven't added any of them I hasten to add but was a little surprised when up they popped.

Hmm this is z tough one

I use social media a lot with my role and have Facebook fir family and friends and have met some real friends through fab that are now on my fb

My Instagram and Twitter however I've blocked family members from as there are a lot of videos and pics of hen parties and nudity and various things

These social media outlets are purely for that, it's rare to come across fab "friebds" but it does happen
