I think most photo/paint apps will let you do this. Just need to learn to use them. If you have a laptop there are loads of programs that you can use. Google free paint programs for them. Hope this helps |

Or.....if you haven't got a smartphone, you could shake your head really fast for the blur effect while taken those selfies. For the full sex shots you and your partner could sellotape black cardboard rectangles to your faces.  |

There are lots of apps a simple search for blur or pixel photo should get you plenty of hits
If you are lazy and don't want to look pixelot is easy to use and free |

your dead right sir, except the Secret services use the black cardboard out of a box of after eights. In the 1980's the mod carried out out tests using just the individual after eight packets one on each eye but however hard they tried, the packets would blow away in the wind. Until some boffins carried out tests on the big bit inside the box and hay presto! The covert face inhibitor was was discovered!
