I have been valeting cars and comercial vehicles for years on and off but thinking of offering other services. Patio/ drive way cleaning. Window cleaning. Soffit facia and guttering cleaning too. Just gauging interest and peoples thoughts

Do the usual work, look at your location and the possible market, who is already in the business, how weather dependent would you be, especially starting at this time of year.
Some Services require a lot of water, are you supplying that or using the customers? Either way, how? What about rubbish disposal, say after a gutter clean, do you need a commercial licence. How much would your insurance cost?

Would have a 500 ltr wster tank on board and be fully self sufficient. Rubbish will be disposed of with a friend who does rubbish collection for a living and is fully licensed. Liability insurance isnt much from the quotes i have had for a million pounds worth of cover. |
