Swansea

Think the welsh attack coaches should donate their pay for the autumn internationals to children in need as their coaching skills seem to be a comedy of errors

Its time for fresh face's in the welsh coaching set up, we need a new attack and forwards coach. See how the jap's moved the ball, they where much better in attack, we are slow at the breakdown and look for contact far far to much. All the other home nation's are well ahead of us and that's including Scotland

80 minutes of my life I'll never get back and putting myself through it all again next Saturday.

Cuthbeet was beyond shameful and Anscombe wasn't far behind him either

I could go on but I really can't be fucked

Is that the Japanese team that beat south Africa in the world cup? We all new it would be a tough game and look how Scotland beat Argentina was a close game so that wasn't a bad results against them. We're proud to be welsh stop slating the team and just get behind them

Here!

Wales were shocking. No strength in depth. Cuthbert needs. To go and blood new boys like Giles in these friendlies. Then in real games they have experience to call on from the bench.

Luckily not! If they had all the players from that game then we would have very probably taken quite a beating.

I just don't think Howley is respected or feared enough in the camp.

I am a very proud Welsh man but you have to be worried about a 6 nations playing England and Ireland. Both teams have made huge strides and we seem to have stagnated.

I will however be screaming for us till every final whistle and getting behind the team at the stadium! I can't bare people who boo!

Kidderminster

We hate to say it but maybe they've tried everything now... Garlands tactics worked for a while it became transparent. Howley isn't really changing anything so its same old same old... Dreading next weekend....

West Wales and Cardiff

I didn't realise we were playing the whole of Africa. Jesus, even more scary!

The coaching is stale, no doubt, compared to the likes of Schmit. This has been coming for years though - a big part of the problem is the previous WRU prioritising international glory (and being seen cosying up to royals!) rather than creating a proper relationship with the professional and grassroots game in Wales.

The contrast between us and Ireland etc in terms of funding and attitude is stark and it wasn't helped by a media that was scared to criticise. That includes Scrum flipping V, where decent analysis by proper thinkers on the game is woefully lacking. Instead it's mainly a back-slapping exercise between barely coherent ex-players.

It was covered over by a good crop of players and a coach who's methods were fine for a time. Ultimately though, Welsh rugby was a car that looked brand new and shiny on the outside, but still had a knackered suspension etc.

we dominated the game but made silly mistakes that's why it was so close he made positive changes with halfpenny on the wing cut out silly mistakes and we'll be OK

Fair play to all the posters above! Yes we were dyer! Yes it was Japan. Yes we should be scared of playing England next year. Yes Howley should not be the attack coach! But haven't we been here every November for the past seven years. It's what being Welsh is all about. Climbing to the very top of the mountain and falling back down before we can plant the flag. Be proud be Welsh. Cymru am Byth
