Something I've been pondering for a while; men, when you ask a woman what size bra she is do you understand the answer?
If a woman says shes a 28E how would you compare that to a women who says she's a 32D?
Just a curiosity |

"28E would be bigger boobs than 32D but they would both look big and be more than a handful! ??"
Technically they're "sister sizes" so roughly the same size boobs.
You'd probably be surprised to know that a 34D is actually slightly bigger than a 32D. |

If she says she's a 28E I would probably think she was a little fibber, or wonder how she manages to stay stood up with more breast than torso.
I suspect she will needs a good chiropractor. |

This flumoxed me until I took the trouble to ask. So for the benefit of the chaps rerading this.
The first number is the chest frame measurement without the the boobs ie measured underneath them, the letter that comes second is roughly derived from the difference between the measurement around the body including the breasts minus the chest frame measurement. So the greater the difference the larger the cup size. But it isn't an exact science...so i'm told. Therefore 38A would be like a couple of fried eggs whereas 32C would be quite voluptuous by comparison.
If I'm wrong then feel free to flame me ladies, i'm always keen to learn. |

Someone who was a 28E would have a tiny tiny frame and massive tits. And as stated, probably a bad fucking back |

And while we are on the topic of anatomical measurement...Men: your cock size is not measured from your arsehole! Measure it from the top edge please.....if you must advertise. |

Not necessarily a fibber it is quite possible. She would be however bless but hindered.
The cup size doesnt necessarily make the boobs bigger. If a woman had fleshier pads under her armpits this will also make the cup size bigger |

Very true, in terms of fitting correctly in a bra you have to pull that flesh forward into the cup, adding inches to the cup size that wouldn't be visible without the bra. In my opinion all boobs are lush regardless of size I'm happy to motorboat them all where possible |

Recommend Bravissimo Cardiff for fittings the girls are lovely and I always feel more supported/comfortable in what i get from there.
Numbers - back size/rib cage
Cup - The difference between rib cage and breast
Never exact with different brands though grrr |

I wouldn't ask a girl as they've usually got the wrong size on anyway lol.
But the bigger the size in inches, the bigger the chest around the ribs. The cup size is relevant to the chest size that is measured around the fullest part of the breast. The difference between the two making the cup size.
So for my personal preference 42A bad, 36F fabulous! |

I've never understood the bra-size measurements system properly until reading this thread. I've always been happy to use the 'horse' method to fully appreciate boobies...measure by hands Big, small, love them all |

You'd be surprised. A 28E is smaller than a 34E. Roughly the same volume as a 34D actually.
I think this thread has mostly shown me that I was right in the fact that most men don't understand and think bigger letters means huge boobs. Which isn't always the case. |
