I am old school a doorman before the days of the stupid arm band, had many years also wearing the armband (money for the government) most stupid idea going, now anyone can get a security badge to work the door also when the SIA came in to practice they also droped the licence age to 18, now what life experience has an 18 year old got to go in and deal with a nasty situation involving adults, yes there are roidheads in the industry and also a lot of well respected guys that do the job to a great standard, but some think they got a badge that makes them chocolate, to be a good doorman you have to earn the respect of everyone not just be a glass collecter that has got a licence. The SIA are the worst organisation ever, but will have anyone who doesn't have a conviction. Just remember fellow doormen, always be polite and courteous to people it does go along way, be nice until you have no other option, and prove you can do the job and the respect will come with it, it's to make people feel safe in an environment, it's not all about sex at the end of the shift whether male or female door staff, you are the face of the venue and make people feel safe so give the public the right opinion of you as some people will all tar us with the same brush, little hitlers, or all arms small cock lol I must be the lucky one as mrs kinky loves my cock  |
