To me, a wink is polite way of saying i have read your profile, im interested, check me out and if you are we can have a convo...
Got to be better than getting bombarded with mail by every guy that comes across your profile! Thoughts? |

"Hi, we look at a wink as being a lazy to send a message and delete them without looking at the sender...but hay if you are getting meets by winking then that's good.. "
Yeah i guess thats another way to look at it, i am always keen to converse with anyone im interested in, i just saw a wink as a way of initiating a mutual interest before the message. |

I think there must have a problem with my "wink" button as I have sent a few out without any response. I'm either fugly or I need to report a technical issue to FS HQ. |

We very rarely wink but are happy to receive them from couples or fems as an initial show of interest. If we receive them from single guys then it's pretty obvious they haven't read our profile

We are new, but thought of a wink as recognition that we admired something about a picture or profile. We have sent winks with this in mind, and not because we are lazy, but more because we thought of a wink as a polite first contact that may perhaps lead to a potential message.Or if not, then at least a way of saying we like something without them having to read a message.
