I was somewere last night all guys was around one car all having fun with a women and some guy in hi viz and torch walked around messed it up for everyone |

Up in Scotland there is certain vigilante groups that deliberately go out there way to stop people having fun.
They write down your registration number and then call the police.
Funny thing is the police turned up and couldn't do anything.
The annoying bit is it happens in an area far from built up areas. |
