I am holding a coffee morning on the 30th September for Macmillan nurses hoping that some of you would like to attend help me raise lots of money for these great nurses to carry on there great support to cancer patients xx

Its doubtful that I would be able to attend but, I shall certainly drop my weekly donation into their box plus Velindra, and Marie Currie. All unappreciated angels unless they have been there to support you through a very difficult time. Good on you young lady for having the coffee morning.

Ty to everyone and the one who said they wouldn't give them a anything I think it's bloody harsh to say that I am doing this for my sister in-law who lost 3 years ago next month if it wasent for velindra n Macmillan she wouldn't haved the time she did have its not right they should have to rely on donations I hope you never have to use there services xx sorry if u think I am being nasty but it a course that is dear to me and those can't come it's OK just knowing you support this is enough ty xx

I totally agree which is why I said it was harsh

We are all entitled to have an opinion

But I know loads of family's who have nothing but good things to say about them

They do amazing work

And I think it's a lovely thing you are doing

They are amazing people who perform an extremely difficult task. Dealing with death and dying daily. They support the families as well as the patients. They helped me and my family whilst my father was dying from lung cancer. So don't belittle their cause, it could be you who needs them in later life.

I personally don't support cancer research as I tend to give more to education charities and so on, bht I haven't had someone in my family affected by cancer so I don't understand the struggles. If I can get there, I will happily come along and donate some money, as I have heard that Mcmillan do fantastic work.

This event and the hosts put in a lot of effort to make it a special and fun event for those that attended J&T thank you both for the wonderful morning of fun laughs at cake and coffee those that didn't show missed a fabulous time a social event with a bang hope lots of much needed funds are raised to help this very worthy cause thank you both

Aww that's nice to hear just want to say a big ty to everyone that came to my coffee morning a great time time great laughs and very yummy cakes and also raised over £110 and still waiting for money to come in xxx
