Thinking of hosting our own parties ??

Yes guys this is something we are striving to achieve in our little town of Tonypandy that 1s every month or 2 we will host our own parties just out of interest would it be worth it or is there any interest ???

I Mr have hosted plenty myself and attended plenty of parties in a previous life with the ex dragon lol and as a straight male who only play with straight male bi fem cpls you need to think about the other straight male cpls and how they would feel

Yes I agree that may not touch but it's off putting thinking that your possibly being watched by guys who should be showing more interest in the ladies ,in fact for me and what we threw and attended it really would be off putting .

Maybe I should have worded it different deffo but each to they own we've no probs with others specifics but as the hosts you have to have your own and for is bi or bi curious men ain't even on our maybe list it's not intended to offend it's just a preference and I think a polite reply to they're comment was indeed the way forward

One fatal flaw with this, the majority of guys I've known who actually state straight on their profile are bendy & engage in Bi fun where possible. Almost all the Bi guys I've ever met have claimed to be straight. I say good luck with that very shallow & biased approach, but you're right it's your party & they just might jump all the straight guys there omg

All the parties I've attended (CJ) have been a mix of all sexual preferences.

I don't think the author should take offence to some of the replies as I know a few people who put on parties that had the same in mind when they first started.

Its all about having people together who are going to feel comfortable and have a good time even if they don't play !

I'm sure it was quite unintentional to offend anyone when staying their preferences for a party that they will host.

A good but of advice is invite via message and vet your attendants and don't post on the forums as your undoubtedly going to rub somone up the wrong way.

Yet again the double standards here sadden me. Bi fems are fine but you don't even want bi guys there even if they're with their wife and happy to play straight. It's a bit homophobic really.

You could have invited bi male couples but stated that you don't want any guy on guy play as it's not your cup of tea. Every bicurious and bi guy would have respected that.

Still - as you say - it's your party and you can call the shots..... and very publicly reject bi men like this in the forums. Nice touch.

Maybe you coupd have made your specific exclusions clear in your opening post rather than chucking it out there as seemingly open to all, then publically rejecting people who expressed an interest. Would have saved them wasting their time and also yours. Just a thought for the future

But as everything in life it's full of ppl who cherry pic through the facts and just jump on the gun . If you don't want to meet smokers state it in your profile ,if you don't want to play with bi men state it in your profile ,if you've age preferences state it in your profile and be honest so we thought we'd ask an honest too godness question in here and state certain criteria and Christ the thread has kicked off kinda put us off right off throwing a party as ppl clearly don't read stuff and the attitudes wel bugger all that in 1 room :/

You could have avoided all the fuss by stating your specific criteria for your party in your opening post. People will assume events posted publically in the foruns are open to all unless it specifically states otherwise, which yours did not. At least now you know for next time. Good luck with it anyway

This. I would have been mortified if I'd have been that couple being rejected from a party, publicly. Maybe a private response would have been better, as it came across as quite mean to do it where everyone else could see.
