I live in Flint which is in North Wales. There's an old Roman cross nearby at Croes Atti. Flint, although now in North Wales, was a town built by the English king, Edward. Back then, to live in Flint, you had to be English, the Welsh were not allowed to live in the town.

Unfortuantely, I have family from places like Hull and Beverley, so perhaps I'm just some Scandanavian, Danish, Viking immigrant who has emmigrated?

Chester Social are organising a Christmas Party social up at Pennant along the coast. The thread is "Pennant Hall Christmas Party Night" just a bit further down the Wales list.

Saying that, we'd quite like to see a regular North Wales daytime social. South Wales seems to have one every week!

Liverpool here but North Wales is right on our doorstep its easier & faster for us to get to say Llandudno than it is to get to somewhere like Southport.

........But we hardly ever hear from North Welsh guys.
