Really need to get my arse into gear and up my fitness levels. If anyone else is also looking to get fit, and wants company, let me know, not necessarily in the gym either, happy just to go walking....

And the fitter I get, the more my sex life improves

Well I started to think the same so got back into football and ended up pulling my quads, or that's what the physio called em lol

Genuinely hate exercise so if anyone in Cardiff wants to team up that would be awesome.

Half marathon Tuesday and Sunday or cycling any weekday, or grappling training if anyone's that way inclined

Absolutely weights! Burns carbs during and keeps burning long after you're finished. Builds and tones muscle but won't make you into the hulk unless you put some serious work in. Throw in some cardio and you're golden.

Same here... used to do loads of cardio and minimal weights. A year of lifting has made a massive positive difference

Hi there going for walk is ok but if you get yourself into gym and work with people in there and you will see your body change for better and you feel more sexy all best

One of the main questions I get asked as a PT & Fitness Instructor is 'what is the best exercise for me?'

The answer is - The kind you will do!! find a sport or exercise type you enjoy and you'll soon find you train as part of your daily routine and won't find it a chore
