Port Talbot

Dreaded 14 day wait for something to pitch up in the post now. If its your car and you don't get anything in 14 days your pretty much safe

Had that wait a few times myself

Rainbows End

If you get caught by a mobile unit request a calibration test report on the unit .. Sometimes there hasn't been one done and they can't apply the penalty as they can't prove the unit is accurate ??

"Think i might've been caught by a mobile speed camera tonight "

I used date a speed cop. Unless the rules have changed in the lst 2 years it is

The speed limit plus 10% plus 2mph.

Ie 30mph speed limit plus 3mph plus 2mph.....35mph. Dont forget your speed cam be upto 2mph out.....

Hope it helps x

Gwent

Sorry all different now, all forces have their guidelines but 30 is thirty esp with electronic speedos now. 21 days to serve notice of intended prosecution. But you may get offered speed awareness course. Good luck
