With the specifics of specialising in a non-judgemental environment for single men who suffer from premature ejaculation - fast turn around so any single females/couples have to be hot off the button to be pleased.

I once met a lady in Skewen who told me she had a blue waffle so didn't want to fuck (why would that matter what she has to eat)
I managed to claw it back and she finally give in - I took her knickers off and well, I wouldn't want to describe her Fanny. I refused to touch it.
