Really sucks on times....when you're off, mostly everyone else is working and when they are off, you are working

Nights regular for 14 years, & now 4 on 4 off really messes up social life.

On plus side, daytime sleep in's & meets are nice and quiet and also daytime socials rock

been shiftworking for 26 years and before that armed forces so have never worked "regular" hrs perhaps we ought to start a group for shift working swingers ha ha x

Did shift work for 26 years......now out of it. Got fed up with getting ready for work on nights on weekend when everyone else was having BQ's and enjoying themselves. Only advantage was no traffic jams and time to myself in the days. Shift workers deserve a medal.

The worse was when i was a chef doing split shifts working every bank holiday Christmas, Easter it sucked lol

Plus side of night shift as a driver can do one end of Swindon to another in about 15 mins

Been working Saturday and Sunday nights for just over 3 years now. Fits in with the kids, but sucks big time

My Friday and Saturday evening are taken up with work until 3am, meets are out of the question then, gutted !
