Anyone on here participate in any of the park runs in the South Wales area?

Didn't realise there were any around is it just in the Cardiff area? Would be nice to run with a group rather than just the two of us up the mountain.

Check out the parkrun website. Free timed 5k every Saturday at 9am, all over the UK (and spreading worldwide now!)
