Hey guys genuine question.... Anyone know of a good chiropractor or masseuse that actually knows what theyre doing?? Looked on Oogle and only one I cud find in south Wales area and I've been told thier pants! Any suggestions wud be great or if theres one hiding on here professional let me know lol |

Guys, how is a sports massage (massaging your muscles) going to help any trapped nerve problems?
If it's a dull ache kind of pain you need to see a chiropractor. Plenty around.

I do sports massage have clinic on tref in est. Rent a room down there, and yes we help backs and release tension which helps, and can see if any injuries require further investigation, i can then refer onwards |
