Thinking of arranging a party or some kind of event gathering for a small to medium group of people depending on interest taken,
in or around Carmarthen / Swansea area?

Think it all depends on the effort you want to put in and how much you want to spend on it. We have organised lots of parties over the years and think your always best starting with a nice, private venue with plenty of close by parking. It's always best to put on a small Buffett with a selection of drinks, although most will bring their own drinks to. Obviously you will need to have the usual condoms, lube and mints scattered around the venue. If people are coming far or drinking then you need to have somewhere for them to sleep and prep for a little breakfast.
After that it's down to arranging the people to attend, we always went with a good mix of around 3 couples, 3 girls and 4-5 lads. The most important thing is to read profiles to get a good match up for all attending and we also met everyone for a social drink first.
Anyway this is how we did it and always had great results and lots of fun. In relation to cost, we usually spent around £300 per party unless we needed to rent a venue. We only charged if renting a venue and then we emailed all attending the invoice and it was split equally; we never charged if holding one at home.

Piñatas are great. Think the adults enjoyed them more than the kids when we did them for a Halloween party |
