What's your favourite way to relax?

I love to visit Bracelet Bay on the Gower when the sun is shining. It's a pretty little cove with lots of rock pools to explore and a gorgeous Italian restaurant with stunning views.
And I found a smooth section of sheltered rock that hugs my body almost like a strong pair of arms. I love to lie back, close my eyes and listen to the sound of the sea  |

Sounds contrary, but for me its anything extreme, hanging off a rock-face, pounding down a white-water run in a kayak, stuff along those lines, you can't think about the humdrum of everyday life when every fibre of your being is concentrating on staying alive.... and in the quiet moments after you reach the top or get out of the kayak it's almost zen-like  |

Out in the countryside alone, hearing nothing but birdsong (and wind cos we're in Wales) cup of coffee in hand.
That or country cottage in good company chilling in front of a roaring log fire with a glass or two of wine. |

For me it's a playing a good hard game of rugby to release my anger and stress from the week followed by a night out and a few beers
For mrs b would be a nice afternoon out with friend to do lunch and have a few drinks a laugh and chat
But for both got to be a nice holiday in a hot country plenty of sand sun sea and
Alcohol ? |

Lazy day starting with a lie in cuddled up together followed by a light lunch with a few drinks is the normal for us on days off together but the ultamate relax is a holiday in sunny climates...that one does not happen as much as we would like! |

I like to find a naturist beach and just take all my clothes and relax in the heat feeling free with the heat bouncing on you sunbathing , the air on your body and the freedom X ahhhh sheer heaven for me |
