Just heard on Radio 4's Gardener's question time, "If you have pampas Grass in your garden your a swinger"

lol back in the 1970s /80s before the internet some people did grow pampas grass in their front garden to supposedly indicate they were swingers.

The old woman a few doors up had pampas grass for years. New owners cut it down (maybe the heard the rumours)
