There's differing degrees of safe sex & people risk assess activity according to the person, the situation & their desire. If you Google our ask at the sexual health clinic they'll inform you that no sexual act is risk free but some carry less risk & the chances to pass on are lesser than others. I'm one of those in the won't be using condoms for bj camp, but I wouldn't suck randomly, my risk assessment process is personal to me & what I'm willing to chance. No different to those who choose to bb I suppose, it's all on the spectrum of risk x |

Same for licking pussy, most seem to forget the risk, I consider that as well & there have been some I've refused to lick because I know what's been there X |
