If you have pulled it - then that means muscles and you just need to take anti inflammatories have a hot bath and take it easy and then you will be ok after a week depending on age.

The worst thing you can do is getting a random massage from an untrained person to mess with it because that will make it worse ....

i regularly see a chiropractor and my backs never been so good spent years going back and fore sports therapists and osteopaths and they never really got to the root of the problem but find what works for you. |
