Depends on the persons limit to pain as the bull whip can be dangerous if u don't know how to use it properly.
Floggers can be used for whipping and teasing you also get what u pay for with the floggers the heavy duty ones are better if u want a more intense session the lighter ones are better for teasing |

Horses for courses as there are a great many and most will be limited to one form only of CP.
Get yourself to one of the events and talk to people who use them and sell them. It'll save you wasting money. |
