If a tame accountant and lawyer were so inclined we could set up a trust or not for profit for the betterment of the swinging lifestyle.
Do a couple of boobs and bum car washes to raise funds, subscriptions from interested parties.
Then grab a couple of builders that are on the forums and build from wood (cheaper) or even repurposed shipping containers.
Build it on stilts Walter segal style on uneven ground so you don't have to level it then kit it out with a bit of sponsorship from local businessmen in return for a room named after them  |
