Hi,
following on from some previous posts about a lack of North Wales socials we are thinking of arranging one.
So questions :-
Would you be interested?
What type of venue would you prefer, just a public shared venue, i.e. a get together in a pub or similar, a pub function room or social club type room hired exclusively, other ideas?
What days/times? Most of the socials we've been to have been Saturdays 8pm-2am type things but is this what you'd want?
How far would you be willing to travel?
Would you be looking to stay over (i.e. close enough to hotels, etc.) or would travel to and from?
Close to public transport or ok to be a bit out of the way?
Anywhere you wouldn't want it, town, etc., not a particular dislike of a single venue?
Anything else we should think about?

Hi guys sounds like a great idea. I would be happy for it to be anywhere as long as I can get a train or bus as I'm in Llandudno junction. Over night sounds like fun if people got on and was going to have fun. Hope that you do get a lot coming and I hope that can come along. I do wish you all the best om it. |

good luck with getting this off the ground!
I know that in south wales they have socials in the evenings and during the day, in different areas, and they are always well attended...it seems a shame that this cant be done in the north too...maybe it's down to distance and crap transport links  |

It's not looking good so far, if we include ourselves we've just about hit double figures who've shown an interest. Unfortunately we don't really think it's viable, but will wait a while to make a decision.  |

Hi all,
thanks to those who expressed an interest in a North Wales social.
Unfortunately we don't think that there is enough interest to make it happen so we won't be arranging anything at this time.
We hope to meet a few of you at existing socials, etc.
