Well as I've yet to play from here in a long while this is about vanilla life. The last 6 months every hook up has resulted in me being called daddy, now I'm single and never had children, so never been called daddy before, first time was weird to say the least however I thought, just go with it. That's how I felt first time I was called daddy however I'm a yes man and thought to run with it... Was weird a good few times but not sure what changed or when but I think it's the dom appeal more than anything. I also find calling someone princess in a dom role more appealing than slut or whore as other subs like to be called. |

How talking can open yourself to better understanding. So here we go, it's the personal touch to the daddy dom role that master or sir doesn't have. If there was another name to be called while in dom that's not so impersonal and formal as sir or master I'd take that over the daddy role. Just I like to keep the touch personal and the passion alive. Sir and master just so dry? |

To me there's a massive difference between Daddy Dom play and normal Dom/Sub.

Think everyone is on a different wavelength here. I don't do age play or father/daughter play. It's a play the same as baby or baby girl which seems perfectly acceptable to most people, because they see it as cute same as some people call their girl cupcake or sweety. It's name play not age play in my case. Master, sir, or lord show formality in sex to me where there shouldn't be. There is a seductive personal root rather than a hierarchy like in most dom roles. Maybe because I've never been a father I don't understand the dad/daughter feel you guys seem to look at it as. As a friend of mine once joked to his girlfriend, you are happy me calling you baby or baby girl but when I say call me daddy its wrong... Am I your father or not? His point being there is not father daughter role in a name unless you put it there however I do understand it being weird as I wasn't comfortable at first but being a yes man I rolled with it and see it different to the age play and more a playful name thing |

You got it spot on! On the fetish world there are daddyDoms and sub/Littles, nothing to do with incest or wanting to get nasty with your own dad or daughter. It's a softer more intimate way of carrying on the Dom/sub play.

Only a few days ago I saw this post and passed it by. It's not something I'd indulge and like most turned my nose up to.

I have heard this term before in BDSM circles. It doesn't imply incest, it's nothing to do with inter family relations.
it is just a different type of dom/sub relationship, not the harsh nasty dom, but a more cuddly caring relationship. If I was to use the term "little girl" or "my little baby", it's just a way of making her feel wanted and protected. |
