So me and kgirl wore our capes to the social and had a great time.
Met lovely people and had positive feedback from them. Yes we were being silly but isn't fab all about embracing the inner us?!? (Who we really are not what society deems acceptable)
The reason to start the superhero threads and team ginger was to stop the bitchieness and just enjoy eachother!

I'm not getting involved in petty bullshit squabbles or dramas but I thought the capes were great and fun.
Sadly we can't please everybody so just do what the hell you want as long as it's not hurting anybody and everybody enjoys around and beyond you.
Everybody should do the same as

Capes for the absolute win!!
We got to the social a little late last night so felt a tad wall-flowerish as we didn't know any one. The caped avengers swooping around the place certainly made us smile and relax and were a great conversation starter with you guys! Plus the fab names on the back made you instantly recognisable!

On a practical note, it's actually quite a good idea to have your name slapped on your clothes. So many people had said to me "See you at the Newport Social" and I've still no idea where they were hiding x |
